Thanks again for taking photos. I find them invaluable in terms of helping me to look at my running form and see where it needs to be tweaked. I also like to look at the form of runners who are faster than me to get some tips.
What I don't understand is why I frequently have my eyes closed in racing photos. Apparently I am sleeprunning. I don't know how I stay on course that way! :-)
